At our Virtual Reality (VR) facility in Vientiane, we use the Meta Quest 2 VR headset. The manufacturer recommends that users should be at least 10 years old. A parent or guardian’s supervision is advised for children between the ages of 10 and 12. Some games and experiences may be more suitable for a mature audience. We encourage all our customers to follow the safety guidelines for a safe and enjoyable Virtual Reality experience.

Our Virtual Reality facility values your time and commitment. We understand that plans can change, so we have a flexible cancellation and refund policy. 1. Sanitary Wipes: We regularly clean VR headsets and controllers using sanitary wipes. These wipes effectively kill germs and bacteria, ensuring a hygienic user experience.
  2. Disposable VR Face Masks: We provide disposable VR face masks for users. These masks act as a protective barrier between the headset and the user’s face, minimizing the risk of germ transmission.
  3. Replacement Faceplates: Our headsets come with replacement faceplates made of foam, leather, or silicone. These faceplates enhance safety, comfort, and hygiene. Users can easily swap them out as needed.
  4. Frequent Cleaning: We wash face pads and headset straps more frequently. Additionally, we use UV-C technology to sanitize the equipment with UV light.
  5. Educational Labels: Each headset is labelled with instructions on proper cleaning procedures. We educate users to maintain hygiene and safety.
